mandated by our ISO 9001-2009 AS 9100B quality system. Each incoming and outgoing order is qualified according to our customer's quality requirements as defined in their PO, the manufacturers' original specification and must meet our rigorous internal inspection procedures in accordance with the IDEA 1010 standard.
One of our most critical defenses against non-authentic inventory is communication. We maintain open, frequent and direct dialogue with customers to fully comprehend their quality standards and provide them with the information they need to make decisions that are best suited to their program needs.
