Brett Cohen | Director of Operations

Brett joined Harry Krantz Company in 1993 and began work in its warehouse, learning first hand about components by receiving and processing orders. After three years he was promoted to Sales Representative and within five years earned the position of Distributor Sales Manager.

For the next seven years, Brett levied his extensive product knowledge across the sales organization, in addition to maintaining his regular sales activities. In recognition of his exceptional product know-how, Brett was promoted to Director of Product & Quality Control, where he refined the company’s inspection processes for incoming components.

In 2009, Brett was named Director of Operations, where, among other duties, he focuses on implementing various internal system improvements to maximize the company’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Arie Wollenberg | Director of Sales

Arie delivers a powerful combination of sales, marketing and legal expertise to his responsibilities at Harry Krantz Company. He started at the company more than 10 years ago in Distributor Sales, where he excelled for five years before transitioning to the OEM Sales department. In 2007, Arie was promoted to Director of Sales on the strength of his leadership abilities, customer engagement and exceptional sales management skills. Arie’s prime focus is bringing his expertise to bear on the most difficult obsolescence and DMSMS challenges confronted by the company’s defense and aerospace customers.

In his current role as Director of Sales, Arie is responsible for continuous improvement of sales force operations, in addition to carrying out his own daily sales activities.

Arie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany and a J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.

Bill Kaspar | Director of Business Development

Bill brings more than 20 years of customer-centered, results-driven market creation to his responsibilities at Harry Krantz. He has more than 15 years experience in corporate distribution with major electronics component suppliers and several years with independent distribution companies.

At Harry Krantz Company, Bill is tasked with piloting the company’s new business initiatives, to include penetrating new market opportunities and expanding the company’s relationship with its existing customer base.

Jim Weis | Controller

Jim joined the company in late November 2011. He carries with him a long career of holding down Executive positions in previous companies. Jim is a self-proclaimed "Numbers Guy". Jim's strength is Financial Reporting, and managing the day-to-day activities of our Accounting department. However he also has expertise in Marketing, Google, and SEO. Jim's daily approach to the Organization is "what can I do to help the company grow".

We welcome Jim to our staff and know that he will be helping us make the critically right decisions every day. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
