Solving the toughest inventory challenges
The core of our business is the strength of our inventory and our experience in finding and acquiring the most critical electronic components to address our customers’ most challenging obsolescence, DMS and end-of-life inventory needs. Our longevity is more than an historical footnote; it’s what gives us the unique ability to see and adapt to a business environment in constant change.
Born in the cradle of electronic distribution
Harry Krantz founded the company in Manhattan’s famous Radio Row, recognized as the birthplace of electronic distribution. His son, Richard, grew up in the business and pivoted the company towards addressing the need for greater manufacturer support through better excess and inventory management.
Like his father before him, Jeff Krantz worked in the warehouse growing up and visited with customers. Working his way up from stockroom to boardroom, Jeff saw a need for a more customer-centric organization in support of a more service-oriented business. Together with his management team, he created an internal environment where overcoming customers’ inventory-related challenges is a driving purpose, and built a business that is both sophisticated and modern, while respecting its unique history.
