What payment methods do you offer? |

We accept payment via credit cards, COD, wire transfers, and offer Net terms to qualified customers. You can contact your sales representative for the Credit Application form. |

How do I use your part search utility? |
| |
Enter the manufacturer part number into the search box and click the arrow next to the search box. Exact part matches will come up first followed by the next closest matches of the parts, from there you can create and RFQ and a salesperson will contact you with pricing. |

Do I have to register to submit an RFQ? |
| |
No you do not have to register to submit and RFQ or to search our inventory, but if you do register you will only have to fill out your personal information once and it will be saved for the future RFQ’s. Otherwise you will have to fill out Name, Contact #, Company, Shipping address for each RFQ. |

Can you ship on our UPS, FedEx or DHL account? |

Yes, if your order is paid by credit card, wire transfer, Paypal or Net terms, and we are able to ship it using your shipping account number to ensure you get your negotiated rates. |

I placed an order who do I call to get tracking information? |
| |
You should call your sales representative that you placed your order with, they can provide you with the tracking information over the phone. If your sales representative is not available you can contact our main line (516) 742-6300 and our receptionist can give you the tracking number. |

What is your Return Policy? |

Returns will be subject to a minimum $50 restocking fee, No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. All claims must be made within 15 days from the date of the invoice. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by a test report from an independent lab. |
