In our business, it all comes down to inventory. And inventory is all about quality: meeting the customer’s specification, verifying part authenticity and meeting standards for risk tolerance. These are the building blocks of customer satisfaction.

At the same time, we’ve been around long enough to know that good sources occasionally and inadvertently sell sub-par product. To manage these events, we adhere to the strictest industry standards for product authentication. This is a commitment we take seriously and uphold every day.

At Harry Krantz Company, all inbound and outbound inventory is quality tested. We use a 30-point quality inspection checklist to ensure parts meet customers’ specifications, drawings and standards. At our 75,000 square-foot facility we have our own testing capabilities, and work in partnership with select, outside qualified testing labs as well.
